On August 21st, 2020, Jnana Mandir celebrated Swarna Gowri and Ganesha Chaturthi poojas, along with Central New York and members from all over United States. The Vora family was the Yajamana. Pooja was conducted virtually with guidance from community volunteer and many bajans were sung at the end of both poojas. As our customs vary from different regions of India, this way of doing pooja, enables us to learn a lot about various traditions. Lot of young talent was discovered that day. We look forward to celebrating with the community in the near future.
